Hello! Welcome to my website! I am Megan Newhouse-Bailey CHES, CLD, CD(DONA), CCCE, HCHD, BAIPPD. I have my BA in Women’s Studies with an emphasis in Gender, Sexuality, and Public Health.  After graduation, I sat for my health educator credentialing exam and became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).  I had my son in 2007 and my daughter in early 2010. I just loved having babies so much, I decided to focus my energies on birth work.

I am a-
-Certified birth/labor doula (through DONA and CAPPA)
-CAPPA certified childbirth educator
-Certified Hypno-doula (for those parents who are hypnobirthing)
-BAI certified postpartum doula
-CAPPA trained lactation educator
and a
-Certified Health Education Specialist

                                                                                                                     
I am also CPR/AED and First Aid certified through the American Heart Association and certified in Neonatal Resuscitation.

I trained and worked with the Get Babied! Doula Collective in Austin, Texas. My family now resides in Evansville, Indiana.
